The hotel is close to several train stations and many shops around so very convenient. There's a convenience store inside the hotel that is useful as well.

Decent.

It did what you needed. The room was compact and we'd ordered a smoking room, not realising (stupid on my part) that it would absolutely reek of smoke. If a non-smoker, definitely indicate as such. The staff were nice that we did experience, as the check in was automated and very easy to do we did not engage with them much, and there was an abundance of complimentary items, like face masks. It was a nice little trek in and out of Tokyo. Overall I would stay again but book non-smoking.

It was my own fault but I did not realise how prominent the smoking scent would be. As soon as you left the elevator on the smoking designated floor it was overwhelming. There was no overcoming it.

Will be back if I am going to the same area.

Breakfast was simple but very yummy! They even provide take-away cup for taking our drinks away after we are done with our breakfast. Location was great too..! And it is a quiet place. Overall experience was good.

Due to the layout of the room, the room seem small. And the dryer in the Laundry room, we spent 40mins to dry our clothes but it was still damp. ????

Wonderful

The staff were excellent. The room was small but roomier than others we've stayed at. It is close to the train station and is near some restaurants. There is a Lawson's on the 2nd Floor which was very convenient.

We picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to and form Disney but when we checked in, it was already booked up. Should offer a way to reserve a spot when you book your stay.

A quieter location overlooking the Ariake bay of Tokyo.

A good quieter location by the Tokyo bay. The room offered a great view of the bay, optimal space to lay open my large size suitcase on the floor.

The room had a standard business quality in appearance. The bathroom sink & cabinet was a bit obsolete and could use a minor repair.

Easy access to multiple rail lines. Very easy to explore the city as such.

No subtitles for the TV but I was out most of the time so not a big deal.

Great location

Great location for Disney and Odaiba. Very helpful staff, a big shout out to the trainees that helped with our luggage transfer and completing the forms for us in Japanese. Great facilities and really appreciated the free Disney shuttle bus

Room was no smoking area but smelt smoky Bar/ restaurant closed early Room was very small but as described, fixtures and fittings were dated but cared for

Great location

Air conditioning in room was not working. When I asked for assistance from a front desk employee he just asked if I had lowered the temperature, had to tell him 3 times that I did lower the temperature to the lowest it could go but air was not cooler. In the end I just asked for the code so I could open our balcony door. It wasn't offered to have maintenance check on the issue the next morning or check if another room was available. I was only offered a fan if opening our balcony door was not sufficient.

Overall a good hotel. Wished i had requested a quiet part of the hotel

Stayed here before

Even at the 20th floor. It was noisy at night due to sound from cars and motorcycles. Bed had bugs as i was itching and had insect bites during sleep

Spent as little time in the room as possible!

The location for our needs was perfect. Found a nice bar in one of the local tower blocks…

The check in was by a remote system which failed four times and then still didn’t deliver our room keys … Five different members of staff needed to help ! Our room was like an oven … we were changed to another room but the room temperature was still 20°C as a lowest setting!!! Ohhh and if you have a cat don’t bring it with you .. you won’t be able to swing it !

The stay was fine

There large selection of amenities in the lobby to picked up. There was also a family mart in the second floor making it easy to buy food etc. Location is near mall with a food court and the Gundam statue!

The hallways smelled like cigarettes.

Value for money but won’t recommend if is looking for night life or shopping nearby.

The buffet breakfast was v good. They offer Japanese dishes from different household names.

The room smell a little bit but once the purifier was on all good. Could be due to the high humidity in summer and non stop rain for days.

Very Good

I was traveling for 4 nights for an exhibition and business meeting. It is a great location where you can walk to the Big Sight exhibition hall within 10 minutes. I entered the country using Narita, and there is a shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the hotel's main entrance, which is really convenient. There were also many Tokyo Disney tourists.

It may not be like Ginza or Shibuya, but there aren't many restaurants worth enjoying around the hotel.
